Every asset and product on Duby Studios is sold under a clear license. This page explains the standard license types and what you can and cannot do with your purchases.

Standard License
The Standard License grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use the asset in a single end product, whether commercial or personal.
- —Use in one end product for yourself or one client
- —Distribute as part of a larger, non-resellable product
- —Unlimited number of end users of the final product

Extended License
The Extended License covers use cases where the asset is a core component of a product sold to multiple customers, such as templates or SaaS tools.
- —Use in products sold to multiple end customers
- —Use in a product where end users are charged
- —Priority support and updates where offered

What's Not Permitted
Regardless of license type, the following are never allowed:
- —Reselling or redistributing the asset on its own
- —Claiming the original asset as your own work
- —Using assets in unlawful or infringing products

Creator Rights
Creators retain ownership of their intellectual property and grant buyers a license to use it. Duby Studios never claims ownership of creator work.
